PSM Warranty and Returns


We apologize for the inconvenience of getting a bad module or having a module fail within the warranty period.  Please follow these steps so that we can get a replacement to you right away.  Its mandatory that you provide us with ALL of the  following information along with the module or kit you are sending back for replacement.

Include with product -

1 - Copy of store receipt

2 - Your return Address and Contact name

3 - Your phone Number

We suggest shipping back the memory the cheapest way possible by USPS.  Just please make sure its packaged so that no further damage can be done to the module.  Put your RMA# on the outside of your package, which you will need to receive by filling out the form below.

Typically the day we receive your module back and verify all conditions have been met is the day your replacement will go out.  Again we are sorry for the inconvenience but we'll do our best to quickly process your return so your system is back up and running smoothly.
